Altai is a different kind of company.

At Altai Systems passion and results are valued higher than a long resume.  Our focus is on people, clients and product.  We maintain a light carbon footprint by primarily working virtually which allows us to be nimble and easily accessible to our clients.

To work at Altai, you will need to know how to turn clients into references, mobilize the team to get results and have a good sense of humor. You cannot be afraid to speak up and to learn from your mistakes.

We use the latest Microsoft stack and sometimes dabble with the LAMP stack.  We work with Microsoft CRM, .Net, Angular JS, JavaScript, SQL, XML, etc.  We spend a large percentage of our time inventing and learning from each other. At Altai we believe in working hard so we can have time to play hard.
